The Company provides skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workforce to various industries including construction, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, warehouses, maintenance, and oil & gas sectors.

The Company operates through its offices, website, and digital platforms, ensuring transparency, legal compliance, and employee welfare.

Scope of Services

The Company shall provide manpower services based on the requirements of the client. Workforce may be deployed individually or in bulk depending on project needs.

All manpower supplied shall work under the operational supervision of the client while remaining contractually associated with the Company.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide proper job roles, duty hours, and attendance systems
• Ensure a safe and lawful working environment
• Avoid any form of harassment, forced labour, or illegal activity

Any violation shall be considered a breach of agreement.

  Salary & Financial Confidentiality

 All financial terms including salaries, service charges, commissions, and agreements between the Company and the client are strictly confidential.

 Employees are not authorized to:

• Interfere in financial agreements
• Demand or disclose confidential payment terms

 Any breach may result in legal action and termination.

 Health & Medical Policy

The client shall provide:

• Basic medical facilities
• Emergency support
• Health insurance (where applicable)

For hazardous work environments, safety measures and insurance coverage must be ensured. The Company reserves the right to withdraw manpower from unsafe locations.

Accommodation & Welfare

Where applicable, the client must provide:

• Safe and hygienic accommodation
• Clean drinking water and sanitation
• Transportation support

All facilities must comply with labour welfare and safety standards. 

Workplace Safety & Liability

The client is fully responsible for workplace safety, including:

• Accidents and injuries
• Industrial hazards
• Machinery risks
• Fire and electrical hazards

The client must provide necessary safety equipment such as helmets, gloves, safety shoes, and protective gear. 

Legal Compliance

Both parties shall comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Indian Labour Laws
• Minimum Wages Act
• Payment of Wages Act
• Employees’ Compensation Act
• Factories Act
• Contract Labour Act
• EPF & ESI Regulations

For international assignments, visa and immigration laws must also be followed. 

Employee Conduct

All employees must maintain:

• Discipline and professionalism
• Punctuality and lawful behavior

Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Violence or threats
• Theft or fraud
• Drug or alcohol abuse during work
• Harassment
• Disclosure of confidential information

Violation may result in termination or legal action. 

Confidentiality Agreement

All business information, client data, recruitment processes, and operational details shall remain confidential between both parties.

No information shall be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent. 

Termination Policy

The Company reserves the right to terminate services in case of:

• Non-payment
• Illegal activities
• Employee abuse
• Safety violations
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Breach of confidentiality                                                                                         

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

Final Acceptance

By engaging with K CENTORYX PRIVATE LIMITED, the client agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies stated in this document.
